Welcome to Macquarie Institute, HeartMath USA’s representative for Australia and New Zealand. We are dedicated to helping people achieve intellectual, emotional and physical vitality. Our HeartMath products and services are based on the research of the non-profit Institute of HeartMath in Boulder Creek, California. The Institute of HeartMath has spent the last two decades researching the physiological and psychological mechanisms by which the heart communicates with the brain and how stress affects this communication. HeartMath USA has developed products and programs to manage and transform stress using the power of the human heart. These products and programs provide tools and technology to enhance performance, empowering you to reverse the effects of stress and meet life’s challenges with poise and resiliency in the moment.

HeartMath is the world leader in the research and practical application of stress management solutions. Our mission at Macquarie Institute is to help individuals increase their vitality and resilience using the scientifically-based HeartMath tools and techniques. We offer trainings and programs for professionals from all fields who work on an individual basis with clients and would like to be able to offer the HeartMath programs to clients as well as coaching for individuals wanting to manage and transform stress using the power of the heart.
