SALUS EXECUTIVE HEALTH, 15 April 2002 Sven Hansen, the director of Salus Executive Health, is a consultant on workplace health in Australia. In April 2002, Hansen said that workers should be responsible for managing their own stress in the workplace. He said that employers are not always entirely to blame for stress in the workplace. He noted that business must provide a safe, ethical, respectful environment then leave the rest to the worker. Hansen believes that recruiters should look for "resilience" in potential employees. Meanwhile, a study on workplace stress has been published in the "Medical Journal of Australia".
